WotLK Why only Smyth answer to Ticket ?

I noticed that lately only operator Smyth reply to tickets .
And assuming that quite a lot , I have to wait two days for of tickets , which does not seem normal as long as staff, is quite high . And after receiving some long- awaited answers to all embarrassment.
Specifically , two accounts I manage for a long time , which I donated to me were taken from the first owner , who created accounts but not never played and now after I donated money and did trade for I donate to the MS (150coins) and many other items ( like a 3 char biss ) and it makes a of tickets , he says they were his accounts and gave the old email recovery that has access only to a person who was not playing and I left without accounts now. He has always been the one who answers tickets. If there's a large volume, Edifice might help, but that's it. Waiting two days for a reply (after he goes through all the trouble of checking the content of your ticket to give a reply) is nothing.

Either way, you were using an account created by someone else. We do not support "trading" or "giving" accounts, so as far as we are concerned, the account belongs to the creator. You donating on his account doesn't makes the account yours. This is something you have to solve with whoever created the account, not us.

I played a lot on those accounts and the individual comes after learning now what I did the accounts, take me back and now looking to sell them for real money. Moral has nothing to do with this. If anything, the moral thing would be you creating your own account, not using someone else's. If you borrow someone's car, give it a paint job, new tires and a boosted engine, the car doesn't becomes yours, no matter if you used it for an evening or an year. If you want to talk about morals, do it with the account owner who took it back, not us. The only part that concerns us here is you saying that he's trying to sell it. Prove that, and the account will be terminated, for breaking yet another of our rules.

It's not even allowed to give away accounts. He is allowed to let you play on his account but not to give away the account. So according to rules not only it's his account but also it could have been banned for giving it away.
