Hello, i'm new here. I've been playing MoP since 4 days ago and there are some problem i've encountered.

1. There are some quest that cant be completed; like i cant find the person i need to talk though i can see it in trackers, also i cant slain razogour and many more.

2. When i fly to Ru'theran Village or Lordanel, i can't move. Its just stuck....

I actually cannot download MoP directly from the Warmane although i do have uTorrent, but luckily i found MoP zip file (MoP 5.4.8) in the forum and download it and i play with it. Does problem actually happened because i didn't download it directly from Download window in Warmane or because of something else?

No, the problem is not because of your client.
What you mentioned are called "Bugs", this is a private server so you have to get used to this kind of bugs/issues/problems
