Engaging rare npcs and drunk effect!???

Every time after I kill some rare npc in game i have that stupid drunk effect? Why? Is that a bug or what?

Never experienced this and Im almost done with Bloody Rare and Frostbitten achievements. Are yoy sure it wasnt a spell ability or something?

Has anyone killed all the rare NPCs ? do they have correct spawn locations as for the addon NPC Scan map because i seem to get 5-6 npcs every single time when i go to their spawn location while others i can't find

No, I just attack some of rare npcs and then get that effect :/ Dunno why.

The only ones I dont have are camped by Hunters for their pets. It's almost impossible.
