Looking for Information

I'm considering leveling something up on Deathwing/Ragnaros in order to raid. I've checked the forums and haven't found the answers I'm looking for so I thought I'd ask.

1) How is the raiding community?
- I understand there will always be elitists and toxic players, but if it's so bad where it's near impossible to find a raiding guild, or even pug, I may as well not bother.

2) I've never leveled on a 7x server, how difficult (if at all) is it to level without having a level 80 character to send gold or heirlooms?

3) I know that it's possible to buy the best gear in the game with real world money, does this impact the endgame?

1.Raiding community is more then decent . There are tons of PvE guilds on both sides, you can check Guild recruitment thread section.
2.Its not that hard to level as long as u got patience to do it.
3.Buying, getting your toon Best in slot, or buying just some of heroic gear does have a huge impact, u gonna be easier recruited by the end game guilds, its easier to get in raids with some gear, noone really likes to carry low geared people anymore.
