    IS Meteorite Crystal got bugged?!

    IF It's really not working as intended and got bugged after the introduction of the new core is there other alternative trinket?
    btw Is there a bug tracker on that and if it exists anyone knows it so people can vote it up to get this fixed

    Yes, it's bugged. It has a proc chance on casts when activated for some reason. Talisman of Resurgence and Solace are fair replacements.
