WotLK All other players in my game are naked. Help?

Hello, I have had this problem since I installed the WOTLK client yesterday and started playing. Oddly...this does not apply to a certain character of mine, a gnome. When I log on her I can see the clothes of other players but when I create any other character other people's clothes do not show.

Steps I have tried to fix:
1. Reinstalled the client
2. Deleted Cache
3. Logging/in out multiple times
4. Contacting a GM. There advice was of no help. (Told me to reset the UI).

Like I said the clothes work fine on a single character for some dumb reason. Unfortunately, I do not want to play her any more and would rather make a new character..

This problem has never occurred on any other private server and I am disappointing that I have to deal with this on this otherwise, awesome looking server.

it's something that randomly seems to happen. it will go away after a while. there's nothing i'm aware of that you can do to help it.
