I can't speak for the other servers but I will say that MoP PvP is a joke compared to WoTLK's.

I would stay away from MoP until all the crucial class bugs are fixed.
Right now its a unbalanced joke.

I don't care for PVP all that much, but my old neighbor used to PVP very religiously from Burning Crusade until Mists of Pandaria. He considered Wrath to be the best expansion for PVP and some time after MoP launched, he decided he had enough and just stopped PVPing competitively because of how bad it supposedly had gotten.
