    Exchange of the purchased items back to coins.

    I was reading refun policy, it says that it is possible to get a refund is that right ?, unless im mistaken because of my english skill i would like to know.

    in case of misbuy (you buy wrong itme) or if the item is bugged
    You need to report it within 24 Hours tho, if you are a Donor go here: http://www.warmane.com/account/support and click on "create ticket"
    If you are not a Donor then I do not know if you can benefict of Coins Refund
