I sent my one heirloom and my gold to my new character to help support it. I opened my new character as a death knight. But until i reached a mailbox, the eye of acherus quest bugged my char and now i cant do anything, It says i still control the eye, but i control my charactter, and there are no npcs around and i cant use the portal in ebon hold. I need my mail sent back to my original charater, since i couldnt accept its still on hold. My original character name : Tiefighter, My new death knight character name Lynenna. Please help

Maybe a GM could help.Try unstuck on website or unstuck ingame.

just die, it should fix your problem, if not then open a ticket in-game as @Meaps said

I can't die thats the problem i can't jump off ebon hold. I will open a ticket

when mailbox expire you will get back but you must wait 30 days ;)
