That's the third time i'm writing about this and still no answer. It's starting to bug me, so any help would be appreciated.

So, let me start by saying that i had no problems playing bgs, raiding, doing anything else till lets say 2 months ago. From then on the situation goes like this. I can do everything i want smoothly and regular 25ms from 23.00-8.00 or let's say 9.00. In the time from 9.00 to 19.00 everythings works on medium-high quality with time to time latency spikes that are from 30-150. From 19.00 to 23.00 i'm unable to do anything, because my ping goes up to 3k+.
On the other hand, i can watch 4k youtube videos, play any game i want or whatever i come up with at the time just fine on any other occasion. For example, ping in League is always at 25, CS:GO doesn't go beyond 40 either. Is there anything i can do?
