WotLK Cant play help!

What do i do if i cant update the game when i log in? I log into the launcher watched the intro then i log in with my email and pass from this site and then it says updating 0% then 2 mins later it says cant connect or something.

Don't put in your email, you have to put in your account name. There will now be applications in your WoW folder, background updater, and the updater for
4.(some other numbers I can't remember) that you have to delete, and then in the WoW folder, go to Data\enUS\ and open realmlist.wtf using notepad, delete everything there and replace it with "set realmlist logon.warmane.com" (without the quotation marks). Save it, and then you should be good to log into the game using your ACCOUNT NAME NOT YOUR EMAIL (just trying to reinforce a point, not be a dick)
