Human Racial - Every Man For Himself - Nerfed in 5.4.8?

I just noticed a +5000 PvP resilience set bonus if you carry the Medallion + Trinket combo.

Is the human racial advantage gone now?

Would like to know, as I would like to change races for cosmetic reasons if this is the case.

You get the bonus if you use the on-use and on-proc str/agi/int trinkets at the same time as well.
