I was able to get my account back by reseting the password but the account has been terminated due to advertising, so I guess the account was taken over by a gold seller :P
Hopefully you guys can fix all this from the email I sent. :(

Guess I should have added an authenticator a couple of days ago when I thought about it :P
I had similar experience: I shared my account info with a guy I was playing for a long time, he changed password and wanted to sell my account. Anyway, he was really stupid, he didn't change e-mail. So after few months after that, I realised I can try to get back my account by sending mail to ex Molten staff (Warmane now), I mentioned in mail that my account is stolen and if they can change my mail to a new one, and they did it...they changed my mail to another mail that I have. So then I easily reset my password and secured account.
I don't share accounts, been playing WoW since early 2004 and this is the first time this has happened to me :P
Kind of think I have to blame Warmane for this one.
You might be able to open a ban appeal on the web, where we will investigate your case. However, take in mind that you are responsible for your account credentials being safe, and the fact that another person gained access to your account is completely your fault.
Since you asked for reply timings, it might take a few days depending on the amount of information they have to analyse before taking any action.
