Technical Asking whats wrong with my VIP account

I had like 400 coins in it and i wnat to play the game again , can some gamemaster help me?

all molten characters were lost when the database was stolen. the time when you could recover your account with points/coins is long since past. if you want to play here you'll be starting over.

yes, because on December 2014 Molten Database went lost, so everyone had to start all over again

no, they do not have the old Characters database anymore in fact it was only possible to recover the Accont (empty ofc) and Coins but now it is too late for that. I am sorry
