WotLK Got stuck with Gy,er's Buddy Buff

"The Storm King's Vengeance" , the last part of it where you need to ride the giant and destroy 100 scourges,etc..well,that went bad,very bad;as you ride it,of course you cannot move,cuz' well,the bug is there,i relloged and the giant was gone.
You get stuck with the buff "Gymer's Buddy" and,consequently are phased in the quest stance,not being able to interact with, anyone or anything.

2 solutions:
1. die for fallign damges
2. open a ticket in game, a GM will solve your problem
