This quest is bugged. The bear will not despawn when someone fails and dies. This has resulted in there being 8 copies of this elite stacked inside of each other making it impossible to kill. It is a lvl 75+ quest. I have had several 80s show up in attempt to help and it seems nearly impossible to clear the elite to allow a single one to respawn.
