WotLK dk raise death bug

When I use death pact I can't summon another pet unless I relog. Is there a macro or something to fix this?

i would like to see this looked into because this is a definite disadvantage to this class. when fighting in bgs or world pvp/ etc.. and you die with pet up, when you come back, you cannot raise pet again unless you relog.
