Bugged at Death Breach no Quests

After I completed defeating 10 civilians then returned it to the quest person I then was able to talk to the Lich which then afterwards I never received any quests back from anyone in the area and I can't leave the area. Please help

You missed the mail quest at the house probably, you need to do all quests in an area before you can move to the next
