hello guys , my account is banned for 5 days , and i open a ticket from 3 days , and they say . status: awaiting staff , 3 days have passed and they dont reply to the ticket , and the account ban time will end in 1 days , so how i remove this ticket? since its useless now 1 day and account ban will be removed and they say i can create ticket once every month , tell me the steps to remove the ticket since i may use ticket in a better way and thanks given!!!
