Unable to trade on Icecrown

It says on the site that trading on Icecrown is not possible. Is that a current thing or just temporary?
I see constant system messages while playing on Icecrown, telling players to trade on Warmane's website,
then I check here and it won't let me (I have 3 level 80's, plenty of achievement points and play almost every
day).
Just wondering why we're told we can trade here, but it's disabled...
