Before the merge my acivity rank was envoy and after the merge it got back again to agent. Does someone had the same problem and did it required contacting the support for the fix ?

I think I might have a similar problem. While I still have my Envoy rank, I am unable to collect my points. While receiving the "You do not have any points to collect." message.
EDIT: After typing that message and relogging, my rank went back to Agent. I suppose I jinxed myself. Hope they fix it soon.
