Unable to collect points since merge

First of all, I'm sorry if I have posted in the wrong place.. I didn't know where to place it.

Congrats on the the new realm and a successful merge!

I know that the merge is still on going so I am really not very alarmed yet but I thought the admins might want to know this. Since Deathwing and Ragnaros has been taken down for the merge. I was unable to collect points on this acct. At first. I just thought that the reason is I have not logged in in-game but when I checked the error message it says that I do not have any points to collect. When I checked my Activity Rank, it was now back to Agent instead of Envoy and it says that I need to have at least 1000 achievement points to collect points. one of my character has more than 2000 achievement points and I have been collecting points before the merge and that character has now been successfully transferred to Icecrown but I still cannot collect any points.

As I have said, the merge is not completed yet but still I am worried and concerned that I could not collect points. I will wait for the merge to complete and if it fixes this issue that I am having right now then I will let you know. I will also let you know if the completion of the merge does not fix my problem.

Greetings.
I've been experiencing the very same issue as you. This account of mine had the Ambassador rank and +1.1 daily pts (now it has Envoy), while the other still had Envoy rank and 0.9 daily pts gain. Now I've been unable to collect points on any of them.
I'm looking forward to additional information on the subject.
Suffer well. (I'm maining a DK atm, haha)

no it hasn't because i'm unable to collect mine. was fine yesterday but not today. so,apparently,it hasn't been fixed.

it also says that now i'm an 'agent'. what the heck guys?! i had envoy status before the merge. plz fix this for us,ty.
