WotLK Wands bug

I'm wearing a wand since I'm lvl 5 and I use it to attack, Im now more than level 40 and the wand skill level is still on 1.
A Staff member told me via ticket that I have to kill mobs from lvl 1 to more to level the skill, but it doesn't work.
Also I use to attack the "shoot" skill for wands, it deals damage to the mobs, but the skill simply doesnt level.
P.D.: The server is Lordaeron.


I did a video with another char to show the problem, the problem occurs on that new char too.

It happens to me too, and I was told the same the last time I asked to a GM.
