WotLK Character blocked after merge

Hello,

I do understand that the limit of characters is 10. However, I had 2 level 1 characters, one of them is my personal bank and one of them is just an extra toon. Why did it have to be my personal bank to be blocked ?? I have lost tons of items, epics, gold, and what not !!! Could you please bring back my character?

when the merge was just announced they did say we get an option to 'freeze' a char and activate another..but i have yet to see some news about that
sure hope they didnt screw it up because i lost a couple of my better chars with this automated merge
