WotLK No Sons of Hodir faction?

I did the They took our men! quest chain up to The Refiner's fire, but I still don't have Son of Hodir faction. Not that I don't have it exalted or revered, it doesn't even appear under reputation tab. What am I doing wrong?

You need to complete the refiner's fire and the quest after it.
