    Items didn't transfer in Jack O'Lantern Bags

    Hey there...
    So across a few accounts that both myself and my wife have, all the items in our personal bags and banks that were placed in the 18-slot Jack O'Lantern Bags did not transfer over with the merger. We had a few characters whose bags were completely filled prior to the merge, but once they transferred over all the Jack O'Lantern bags are now empty. Overall, we lost a lot of BOE epics and high level materials (epic gems, transmuting and crafting materials). Is there anything that can be done about this?
