DK Starting zone bugged?

hi folks,

now i cannot make "the gift that keeps on giving", i need to get scarlet mine workers to transform into ghouls (with an item), not working, no ghouls. any ideas?

Abandon the quest and go back to the quest giver and the quest will be auto completed. Worked for me last night. Try that, I hope it'll work out.

that did the trick, thx, i thought wotlk is now so "complete" and bug-free
