Pandaria 64 bit wow MoP

The MoP torrent i downloaded has a launcher that is 32 bit, and my computer is 64 bit, what can i do?

you do not have to do anything, 64 bit OS can run 32 bit app
Anyway if you want a wow.exe 64 bit you can find it here: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=319716, click on the Mega link, it provide wow.exe 32 and 64 bit

That wasn't the problem, I just thought it was, thx for your help btw.
The problem is that wow doesn't open, it is open in task manager and after about 1 minute of opening the .exe, this comes up http://prntscr.com/b9etch

forgot to mention, wow opened this morning, but was very laggy, after i restarted my computer, it didn't open when i tried again

1) Restart your PC (This is important even if it doesn't seem)
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
