WotLK Error Creating Character

So, I tried to make my first character on this server and it gave me an Error: "Error Creating Character"
If anyone knows what to do, please tell me.

Edit: this error pops up when i try to make Draenei and Blood Elf character.

stop selecting the new hair style introduced with WoD and you will fine. You can use those hair style by visiting a barber shop afterward
