Not eligible to trade

For some reason it keeps saying that I'm not eligible to sell anything through the trade system.
I have about 2.5k achievement points, play almost every day.
I was trying to sell gold and a bunch of epics I have.

Anybody have an idea why an active player with plenty of achievement points can't use the trade system?

You need to be a donor to use the trade system.

Oh OK. I was donor before that incident that happened when the server was deleted or w/e it was, lost all my almost BiS toons, guild bank full of high level things and over 1 million gold lol...
I wouldn't pay again.
