non arena titles & HK's

Hello.
few days befor this change i asked in world chat if non arena titles, hk's and stuff like that will be removed aswell.
the answer was no.
so my question is: why did i lose my ****ing grandmarshall titles?
i played this server for years, had vip, lost it, had gear, lost it nad i thought atleast i keep my grandmarshall, but jk, lost it.

why u do this?:(

according to mercy you can open a ticket in game. just show your hk achievement in the ticket.

well it seems Mercy hasnt spoken to malaco yet, cause he told me, that i wont get my non arena titles back cause they changed their mind with them :(

Malaco said hk and isle title wont be removed .. this is just nosense.. so disappointed

I'm pissed about my pvp title, but I had to grind justicar 3 times due to .u changef bug going between horde/ally. :(

I definitely should not lose it because of soloqueue titles. :(
