mobs hit from to far

or is it just me? i run past by them with my mount and im like a 10 yars away and they still manage to hit me almost every single time. not only that, how many times have i been hit by like 20-30 yards away? this must be a bug or something?

This used to happen when anub rekan when i tanked him on swarm i suddenly got auto attacked from 30yard range, but it hasnt happened for a long time so dont know... Maybe its your connection?
