what is best server to play PvE with Dungeons for lvls 20-80 is it 80 now

Hello nastynacho. I saw your thread went a few days without a reply. I figured I'd stop by to say hello! Leveling up with dungeons, Lordaeron will probably be your best bet. However, Icecrown would probably be better for population at level 80 and doing dungeons.
Lordaeron is x1 rates.
Icecrown is 7x EXP rate and 5x gold, reputations & professions.
