Well, I am really disappointed. For the last two months, every time you fix a bug you create another!! ICC isn't that entertaining anymore. I am starting to think that this is very intended to force certain individuals into buying gear and start buying characters with titles since they might be too frustrated to get things done themselves.

In addition, ever since merge, Ice crown server has been crashing so often, going offline so often, sometimes without any details about downtime or why this is happening.

If you truly care about your community and what you're building, I suggest that you pay more attention to the problems and work on fixing them without CREATING more problems. Some people get too frustrated because they can't really play properly that they have to quit the game and move on. I think you will lose more and more people if this keep happening.
