WotLK Arena teams, classes and best combos

Hey guys,

I have a quick questions about certain arena comps. Looking at the armory, mostly 2v2, I don't see many resto druids. There are a few shamans and mainly priests and lots of holy paladins. It seems like 50% of the teams consist of holy paladins as healers. There is, I think only 1 or maybe 2 teams with resto druid in top 100, both on Icecrown and Blackrock.

Is there a specific reason for this? Do resto druid suck compared to the others?

Rdruids don't suck and have some strong comps (mainly with locks, like rsham). It's just that hpals are above everyone else, and benefits a lot from the OPness of wars which synergyze well with them.

It's all about synergy. Rdruids have some with for example hunters.

To check out what synergies best look at the top teams tho.

There are a few under-represented combos that are strong like priest fdruid.
