My account was just disabled for "fraudulent payments" when I was having trouble donating because my card kept thinking it was fraud. So I called them and got it straightened out. However, now my account on here is flagged for fraud because of that and I don't know how to contact someone to get that straightened out. What can I do?
I submitted a ticket and they're going to refund my money and remove the coins/items purchased from my account, even though I used some of the coins to buy gold and I've used some of the gold, so I don't know how that's going to work. But I'm just waiting for them to get back to me on lifting the ban after the refund.
