Hello. So today I was playing on icecrown realm and out of nowhere I got disconnected.
Since from time to time a disconnect happens I waited a bit and tryed to log in and it kept saying "connected" and I wasn't able to log.
Thinking maybe my net is just bad, I restarted the router, even though I'm able to be on browser and teamspeak with my cousin (who didn't got disconnected).
As that didn't work I rebooted my computer.
As that didn't fix it either I changed realmlist went to another server to log in just to make sure if it is a problem with my pc and I was able to log in. At this point I thought my problem was solved, so I changed the realmlist once again and tried to log into warmane. Still the same problem.
I didn't get banned, my internet is fine and my pc as well. Any thoughts on how to fix this?
I have the same problem, and I also play on Icecrown. Keeps saying connected, then it says "Login server down".
I also did the same steps, thinking it's my PC, but still can't log in.
Same issue: two of us on the same home network got disconnected simultaneously.
I have comcast ISP in the US. I ran traceroutes and I was able to reach 188.138.40.87 with no packet loss until 188.138.40.87 where it's 100% (normal when DDOS protection kills last packet) so I'm able to connect with atlas.cogentco servers just fine.
For some reason our IPs are being blocked by Warmanes login server itself, probable causes would be Warmanes firewall or anti-DDOS. I'm using Avira antivirus and windows firewall, though I'm not sure about the other computer.
This is definitely not something that other users can solve, so I hope a Dev/Admin sees this.
