Cataclysm Quest "Two by Sea" won't work

Hey Guys, im stuck in the Worgen starting area. the quest "two by sea" wont work, the catapult won't launch me, i just drop out of it, and it disappears. I tried canceling the quest, and starting it again, still wont work. what do?
