You won't have to wait in all realms but Lordaeron anymore. To skip queue for 30 days on Lordaeron, you have to purchase an item on that realm for 5 or more coins. However after 30 days you'll have to purchase another one to skip queue again.

I don't think Frost Infusion is possible at this point, so it's unavailable on Lordaeron, available from coins on Icecrown.
