Turtle Mounts pandaria

Are the Turtle Mounts from Pandaria obtainable? i cant see then on the turtle handler quartermaster in Orgimar. :s

You need reputation with Tushui Pandaren well thats for alliance i am not sure whats the name for the horde you need Exalted.

easiest way is to make a pandaren toon....then you can buy the mount at lvl 20 and another type at lvl 40.

Get Huojin tabard and run Halls of Lightning on heroic mode.you will get exalted in 2 runs.
