Technical Sound popping/crackling

I have tried lowering the channels and the quality to low as well as running the game in compatibility code and as an admin and it didnt fix the issue.

Im using the Strix raid dlx sound card with latest drivers installed.

EDIT: I have fixed the issue, the playback rate was set on 192 khz which caused the issue, the default playback rate is 44.1 khz
