Character creation

I just tried playing the game and cant create a character. Doesnt matter which name i choose i get an error message saying "error creating character".
Any idea what to do? Thank you

Hi tilen11111,
I've found that I will also get "error creating character" messages if the character has models from the WoD expansion (e.g. hair and facial hair type).
Try using the old models and see if it works.
