I bought some new items, and I wasn't able to wear them yet. I finally dinged the proper level, equipped it, and it has nothing. Just armor. One item is Bonechewer Skincloak of the Bandit. It had really good stats for my rogue, but now gone. This also happened to the current feet and hands I was wearing. Whats up? I payed good money for the items and now they are worthless.

Does a staff member atleast know how to prevent this? I don't want to waste my time on gear if its gonna just poof. How can this not happen. So it won't happen agian?

honestly you just started playing in the worse time of the server imo. All these bugs are new since the merge
dunno if there is a way to avoid this from happening, maybe someone else knows i stopped playing for some months till they fix all this
