Cooking - stuck at 532 lvl

i have done all quests for all the ways and taught all skills, still stuck at 532. Any fix? or just another bug, among many others?

just make the last recipe that will get you to 600

raise your rep with Tillers to exalted and buy recipe from their vendor. Then just keep crafting that food until you hit 600.
