WotLK GUILD registerin is not working

Tried all the ally Guild Masters and none will create my guild. I have all the signatures requiered and yet can`t register the charter. No error pops whats so ever, i just click on the dialogue and nothing happens. I saw some other guys in SW having the same problem so its not just me. Also i have ticket open for 6 hours now and its still on: "We are currently experiencing high volume of petitions".

Happened the same to me, i cannot create the guild :/
