Technical Backup not working?

I have a problem with the WARMANE ENCRYPTED BACKUP SYSTEM as after 6 hours since i started the back up process it has not yet gone past 0%. I have a Premium account ( not sure if relevent to the issue) an I can;t remeber if I have ever succesfully backed up my account( i remeber i tried recently to once or twice but it never got past 0%, but have not made any attempts in the last mounth). To be honests i never di care much my characters, but sice i am really close to getting to BiS on on of them( which was hard work) i wold like to make sure i will not lose all the time invested in it.

I wold like appologise if this topic has been disscued and answerd, but i checked the forums and i was not able to find a solution to my problem.

refresh that page and you will see it is at 100% and you can already download the backup
