Buy lvl 80

im browsing the coin shop looking for a lvl 80 horde mage, and i see characters with just a couple of minutes or a few hours play time and just 80 achievmentpoints for lvl 10, 20 etc.. wassup with that? Seems a bit wierd, i know it is x7 XP but i mean just a couple of minutes and lvl 80, just 80 achievpoints and without any gear? Is it even legit to buy from there?

Few possibilities but first to remind you the toons in website are legit to purchase:
!) They boost the toon using other high gear toons.
2) The owner purchase the instant 80 option in website using coins and for some reasons they don't want to play them
3) Those are the toons which the user use the compensation boost from the moltdown event yet for some reasons they do not want to play the toons.

Ah okey, didn't even know it was possible to buy instant lvl 80 tho, so i would make more sense since it only costs 20 coins and the other trade thing costs 30. Thanks for the reply :)
