WotLK which spec is better for soloing lvl 70 and 60 instances

im prot should i change to ret for soloing or no ? my gs is 4k can i solo ?

Depends on the content. A Retribution Paladin is better when nuke damage is required. A Protection Paladin is better when damage mitigation is required. Both are very capable specializations all the way up to TBC dungeon content.
