Problems with "Two Factor Authentication"

Hi!
So... I'm having some issues to get the "Two Factor Authentication" code. I'm trying to login into the Website, but whenever i try, a message saying that has been send to my registred e-mail a code so i can login into the Website shows up. But, when i login into my e-mail to get the code, theres nothing there!
I've been trying to get the code for days and i just don't recieve this code :(
If someone else has passed by the same problem, please tell me how can i fix it :-)
PS: I tryed to do other things. Like remove the "Two Factor Authentication", "Forgot Password", "Forgot E-mail", etc... But i don't get any message to my registred e-mail :-(
PS²: Sorry for the bad english, i'm not a big fan of Google Translate ^^
