WotLK Error creating character

New to the WotLK side of Warmane and I had made a couple chars a few days ago, however when I try to make one right now (9:49 pm pst 6-23) with my wife it gives me an error. I've tried looking around the forums for info but can't seem to find any. My wife and I just want to start out characters together.

Edit: Some new information. My wife is able to create any number of chars just fine, using the desktop. Normally I use my laptop and when using that it gave me the error, so I tried to make the character on her computer using my account and that didn't work either.

I was picking different hairs every time, but I did finally find one that worked. Thanks.
